ABOUT ME

I am IMRE ILYES. I was 12 when I first sat down in front of a computer. Since then, many years have passed and I have come a long way in my career. I am one of the lucky ones who, from the very beginning, has never seen my work as a job or a duty, but as a hobby. All my life I have loved what I work and have put my heart and soul into what I do. I was never motivated by the easy way out, always looking for challenges. I didn't mind if I had to work hard to succeed, I always threw myself into tasks with enthusiasm and humility and always strived for the maximum. It was extremely important for me to improve and learn new things, and that hasn't changed over the years. The milestones in my life have always followed on from each other.

Those I have had the opportunity to work with have known me as someone who is easy to work with. Over the years, I have learned to think in systems and work in teams. I am known as an honest and decent person. I am extremely flexible, yet determined in my work and have very good coordination skills. I am able to make decisions independently and responsibly in a crisis situation, never looking for blame but for solutions. Probably my greatest skill is that I have an above-average workload and can work on several projects at the same time. I have always strived to be a good leader, not a boss, who demands respect by leading by example and throwing himself into tasks first.

FOR AN INNOVATIVE FUTURE.

Today, a job in IT is not the same as it was years ago. IT has grown to the point where it is now split into many separate specialisations. As time goes on and progress is made, new professions and specialisations are created. And the possibilities are endless. I believe in daring to dream big and the sky is the limit. Thanks to advances in technology, we are living in a unique era that perhaps 30 years ago our wildest imagination could not have imagined. Artificial intelligence is now taking hold in almost every part of the world and is a key component of every system.

Throughout my life, I have always been driven by an inner drive to create something lasting and new for the world to pass on to our next generation. Everything that we invent, create or do can be an important part of the evolutionary process that is taking place in the world. A bold idea does not mean that it is impossible to implement, it is just a matter of waiting for the technology to develop. I am interested in many areas, or rather in everything. As a result, my greatest hobby is studying and mastering different technologies.

AWARDS.

It was a great honour for me to receive this award for my performance at Debrecen Airport. It was a great surprise, I was not expecting any recognition at all, as I was just doing my job. It's a fantastic feeling when you design a system or automate a process and the users are happy to use it to make their lives easier.
